Pat Decillis brings to the team over 28 years real estate experience. Starting her career in Broward County, Pat has helped build our Community. Raising two children; Dean and Dianne, Pat has been active in local schools, sports clubs and community leadership programs. Pat has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980 and a licensed broker since 1988. Pat has consistently been an office leader, winning numerous awards and staying in the top 1% of all realtors in the U.S. She has also achieved the Prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club, Platinum Club and Hall of Fame Memberships. Her biggest asset is her strong negotiating skills which have enabled her to get the highest price and best terms for her clients.

Joan Chartrand has been a full-time licensed realtor since 1979 and has closed over 1,700 sales throughout her career. She was selected by the National Real Estate and Relocation Magazine as one of the top 500 Realtors in the Nation in 1999. Through her years of service in Broward County she has received many prestigious awards including being Miramar's #1 Agent in closed sales for over a 10 year period, Top 1% of Re/Max Realtors for the state of Florida, and a recipient of Re/Max's Hall of Fame award. Because of Joan's superior customer service, over 75% of her business comes from satisfied past clients and referrals. 

Ann-Mari Decillis has been a member of the Pat Decillis Real Estate Group since 2003. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and consideration for her clients makes the transaction a fun and flawless experience. After graduating with a degree in advertising and marketing from the University of Central Florida, she has been employed as marketing director for a medical group and over the past twelve years as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. Born in Africa and schooled in the US, Sweden and Finland, she is especially attuned to the needs of our international clients. 

Karina Meza Originally from Peru, Karina graduated from Barry University with a degree in International Business. Karina has been a realtor for 6 years and also mentors and trains new agents. She always has her clients goals in mind so that she will deliver more than expected. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Saskia Raebel Originally from Jamaica, Saskia graduated from FAU with a degree in Business and Art History. Her passion for graphic design and photography give her a keen eye for detail and keep her on the cutting edge of technology. Her enthusiasm and adventurous spirit make her a pleasure to work with.
